Looking for a place to host your next celebration? The High Park Community Hall is available for evening and weekend rentals. Whether it’s a milestone birthday, a wedding, or a professional meeting, our versatile space is ready for you.

High Park Community Hall is available for rentals evenings and weekends. It can be used for many functions such as: weddings, meetings, dances, birthday and anniversary parties, memorials, and more. The hall can accommodate up to 150 people comfortably with seating and dancing space. It can hold up to 250 people for meetings. All rentals serving alcohol must have a liquor license and present to owner at time of rental (apply online at https://aglc.ca/liquor/liquor-licences/applying-liquor-licence) as well as event insurance, ($2 million third party liability having High Park as holder) which is obtained through your personal insurance company. 

 

High Park Community League is a registered member with the Edmonton Police Service having AGENT Status which means that EPS can enter our facility at any time without notice or request. The community also has security cameras on site, inside and outside building which are checked randomly.

Kitchen

High Park Community Hall has a full industrial kitchen that is available to all rentals. The kitchen has an industrial sized two-door fridge and commercial natural gas burning stove and grill, commercial dishwasher, deep freeze, lots of counter space and two sinks. The hall also has a bar/liquor room equipped with a full sized cooler and sink. Large coffee urn, water jugs, and salt and pepper are available.  There is not a public address system or stage at the High Park Community Hall.

Main Hall: Weddings/Anniversaries/Celebrations

Full Weekend (eg. Friday at 6pm to Sunday at Noon)          

$450.00 rent

$450.00 damage deposit

 

Daily Rentals: Eight hours (start to finish - receive keys, set up, have event and take down and cleanup, return keys)

$300.00 rent

$300.00 damage deposit

(each additional hour after 8 hours is $50.00 per hour)

Hourly Rental

$50.00 per hour

$300.00 damage deposit

Upstairs Meeting Room
(availability limited – no kitchen)
$30.00 per hour

A matching CASH ONLY damage deposit is required at the time of the rental agreement.  Minimum damage deposit - $300.00.
